Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship using BAX directly from the manufacturer in Raleigh, NC.  We do not normally ship outside the United States and Canada. Most domestic shipments are made via FedEx ground service and typically ship within 1-2 working days from the time an order is received.

Note that when the price for a product indicates that “shipping is included”, or “free shipping” it means shipping to the 48-States in the continental United States. If you are shipping to destinations outside the 48-States in the continental United States please Contact Us for shipping prices.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us; so our return policy is quite simple. If within the first 60-days of receiving your rain barrel and you are not happy with it for any reason, ship it back and we will refund your full purchase price (does not include shipping). To return a product, email us at Info@RainWater-Barrels. Prepay the shipping, and return the product. Sorry, but we are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.

Damaged Goods

Be sure to inspect products carefully when you receive them as items can be damaged in shipment. If you find damage, notify the shipper immediately and file a damage report with them. Then, email us at Info@RainWater-Barrels.com and let us know so we can expedite getting a replacement to you.
