I have a rain barrel and use it for all my potted plants as well as the small garden. However, is there something to put in the rain barrel to keep the water from becoming stagnent? Most times I do use the water completley, however I am concerned of the bacteria in water if I never use all and the rain keeps refilling. Thanks
